“Born and raised in Madrid, Mastered in London, Living in Los Angeles” As an innovative designer with European roots, Angie Socias Coppel brings a passion for creating luxury spac-es as unique as each of her clients.
Drawing from her upbringing in Madrid, and having worked on prestigious projects in major world cities across Europe, USA, Africa and the Middle East, Angie possesses a diverse worldly eye that gives life to her client’s visions with unique and vibrant depth.
As the founder of Coppel Design, Angie has a wealth of experience in and knowledge of the luxury design world. After graduating with Interior Architecture degrees from both The Polytechnic University of Madrid and the prestigious Central Saint Martins in London, Angie joined the esteemed interior design firm, Candy & Candy. During her time there, Angie worked on a number of exclusive global projects and was responsible for the interior architecture and design for over 20 apartments in the world-renowned One Hyde Park, the jewel in the London real estate landscape.
The exceptional portfolio on which Angie worked during her 7 years with the firm also included luxurious projects in Dubai and Accra as well as distinguished private residences for international clients in London.
After Candy & Candy, Angie relocated to Los Angeles where she set up Coppel Design which provides luxury interior architecture and design services with a focus on attention to detail, professionalism and exceptional customer service.
Together with her team, Angie offers her design expertise to provide clients with tailored solutions for the super-prime residential, hospitality and retail spheres as well as yacht and private jet design. As a specialist in incorporating only the finest furniture, fixtures and materials, Angie’s design philosophy is to deliver sophisticated bespoke environments by bringing each of her client’s taste to life in ways that they couldn’t have imagined, without bias or agenda.
Recently finalized projects include a 9,000 Sq.Ft house in Holmby Hills and a 20,000 Sq.Ft development in the Bird Streets neighborhood, one of Los Angeles’ most exclusive and sought-after enclaves. When not working, Angie devotes her time and energy as a mentor and supporter, cultivating the skills of young emerging artists.
